Michael Ross Certification was established to help people work through the Queensland Building Regulation requirements by ensuring all parties meet their obligations.

 

The owner Mr Michael Ross has spent his whole career working within the building industry and understands the requirements and pressures placed on the people involved in the industry.  Teamed with Certifier Mr Mark Viska and Town Planning expert Mr Andrew Gorring all are accredited in Queensland and have extensive knowledge and experience in their fields of expertise. 

 

The remainder of the close knit team have extensive administrative and  inspection skills and have built positive working relationships with both Councils and Clients throughout the State.

 

In recognition of the Building Approval process becoming more and more complex, the team at Michael Ross Certification continues to provide a high level of personal service and consistency whilst managing the complexities on behalf of our clients.

 

Our focus remains to work through the building and certification approval process to achieve excellent outcomes on your behalf.
