In light of the increased complexity of Town Planning approvals Michael Ross Certification are very pleased to advise that we now have a Town Planning Consultancy service to offer our valued clients. Headed by Mr Andrew Gorring we are now able to lodge and obtain the necessary town planning approvals that you may need before a building approval can be issued. This includes Material Change of Use, Re-configuration of a Lot and Operational Works approvals.
We can also provide advice on your future projects, giving you a clear insight into how the relevant Planning Scheme will impact on your project.
Our Town Planning services has also expanded beyond the residential development. We offer assistance in obtaining approval for commercial and industrial developments including guidance on Planning requirements, reports and consultancy co-ordination and the assistance in the design of subdivisions. We are able to follow the application from pre-lodgement meetings through to assisting you in fulfilling conditions to acquire plan sealing or final.
